Dear Authors

 After the conference, the scores of four referees of the presented oral and poster papers are checked and the selected papers for:

 1- Journal of Applied Composite Materials

 2- International Journal of Polymer

  are finalized. The corresponding author of the selected papers will receive a letter from the editor of the relevant journal. The authors must change the format of their full papers based on the format of the relevant journal and submit them ASAP. The selected papers will be reviewed by the journal and the final results will be announced by the editor of the journals.

  Hereby, we inform our respected authors that:

  1- The conference session program will be announced in the site of the conference soon.

  2- Please notice that papers (accepted as Oral or Poster) must be presented by authors in the conference. The un-presented papers (Oral or Poster) will not be reviewed as the selected papers. Therefore, in order to increase the chance of a paper (Oral or Poster) to be selected for the publication in the ISI journal, we encourage the authors to participate in the conference and present their papers.

  3- Your oral presentation is scheduled as a 20-minutes-oral presentation including 15-minutes-speaking and 5-minutes Q & A. Posters with a minimum dimension of 100cm×100cm (preferably laminated), Times Roman, font size 24-28 should include bold Title, name of Authors and Affiliations, Abstract, Literature, Experimentation/Analysis, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, Acknowledgements, and References.

  4- Please do not forget to buy your flight ticket to Kish Island and reserve your hotel. You find some information in the site of the conference.

  5 - The presenter of the oral or poster papers must fill the attached form and send it back to the secretary of the conference by email as soon as possible.  (Download Form)
