Conference Details

  • The 9th CCFA Conference will be held virtually on December 18-19, 2024 (28-29 Azar) using the Adobe Connect platform.
  • Download Adobe Connect:
        Download the 32-bit version for Windows     here.
        Download the 64-bit version for Windows     here.
  • Please install the latest version of Adobe Connect and access sessions through the application.
  • Ensure your microphone is functional and properly connected before your presentation.
Presentation File Upload
  • All participants must prepare their presentation slides using the provided template and upload them to the conference website.
  • Failure to upload the presentation file will result in exclusion from the conference.
  • For detailed instructions on uploading your file, please visit the conference website.

Presentation Requirements

  • Participants must attend their assigned session online and present their paper virtually at the specified time.
  • They are required to respond to questions during the Q&A session following their presentation.
  • Failure to present online or address reviewers' questions will result in the rejection of the paper.

Language

  • The official language of the conference is English. All presentations and Q&A sessions must be conducted in English.

Presentation Duration

  • Each presentation is allocated 15 minutes:
    • 10 minutes for the presentation itself.
    • 5 minutes for the Q&A session.

Certificate of Participation

  • Certificates will only be issued to participants who successfully present their papers.
  • No certificates will be provided to those who fail to present, and registration fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
